Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is very important. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify SMB within 48 hours of your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our studio atmosphere.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products we sell (cosmetics/skincare/etc.), we do not accept returns.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Children:

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Minors under 16 can receive services however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Payments/Deposits:

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, Venmo, and Cash. A credit card is required to hold all appointments, however cash or ApplePay is preferred at time of payment. Credit cards + Venmo are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Late clients, Cancellations + Rescheduling:

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24- 48 hour time period, you will be charged 30% of the cost for your missed service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment and a same day cancellation charge will apply. All no call/no show appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service cost. Your appointment time is scheduled specifically for you, and by missing it, you are taking away a spot that another client could have taken. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be credited to future services, only at the review and approval of SMB. We also ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time before your service(s) to complete our client intake paper work or any other necessary forms. If your card on file cannot be charged for cancellations + no call/no shows, you will be banned from booking any future appointments with SMB until balances are paid.

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of our guests. It is our policy that we will not sell, rent, or loan any client information to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. Collected client information is used for the establishing client profile and service records only.
