Please come with no makeup on for your service. A deep cleaning fee will be added if any makeup needs to be removed. We won't want anything compromising our work, and when your lashes have residual eye makeup, the synthetic lash won't adhere to your natural lash.

Shower before your appointment to avoid getting your lashes or brows wet too close to the service time.

If there is an active wound or skin infection, you will need to cancel/reschedule and treat the area before it can be serviced.

If your natural lashes are damaged, too thin, or too sparse, we will not perform the service. Your natural lash health is most important.

Lash extensions are an upkeep service due to the natural cycle of hair growth. You must be willing to commit to getting lash fills every 2 weeks to ensure healthy and strong lashes. Please note that the longer you go between fills and/or if you are not properly caring for your lashes at home, the more lashes need to be replaced. This will incur additional charges.

Avoid getting your lashes or brows wet for 24 hours.

Do not rub your eyes, brows or pull out hairs.

Do NOT use oil-based products such as cleansers, makeup and removers. This will compromise your service.

Only use an approved cleanser on lash extensions.

Avoid using any acid-based products or chemical treatments for at least 48 hours.

Avoid excessive sweating, saunas, and hot tubs during the next 48 hours.

Do not use mascara or eyeliner on lash extensions. This will damage the extensions as well as the natural lash and result in you losing healthy lashes.

Do not curl your freshly lifted lashes or lash extensions with a lash curler.

Blot your lashes dry after showering and blow dry them on the “cool” setting of your dryer.
